GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698

Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data

In addition to its support and hosting services, Tridisgo provides its customers with a platform to create and manage mobile applications. Tridisgo customers use these applications to present them to end users in connection with various events and conferences they organize.

Tridisgo respects the privacy rights of its customers and end users. Tridisgo has created this Privacy Policy to inform its customers about how the personal information provided to it by Tridisgo customers will be used.

This Privacy Policy covers Tridisgo’s principles and procedures regarding data collection, as well as

(1) Tridisgo Customers,

(2) End Users who download and use Applications created by Tridisgo Customers,

and (3) visitors who merely browse the Application (“Visitors”).

Subject to the Tridisgo Customer’s consent, end users may be asked to provide additional personal information, and information regarding their interactions with Tridisgo Customer Applications may be collected.

In accordance with the Tridisgo Customer’s approval, end users may be asked to provide additional personal information, and information regarding interactions between end users and Tridisgo Customer Applications may be collected.

It is assumed that the Privacy Policy has been read and understood before any information is provided to Tridisgo customers or other third parties. Tridisgo assumes no liability for the use of end-user information by its customers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of any changes, the new Privacy Policy will be posted on Tridisgo’s website (https://www.tridisgo.app).

This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy principles followed by Tridisgo regarding the use and transmission of personal information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Protection of Personal Data

Tridisgo acknowledges and undertakes to fulfill all obligations incumbent upon it under Law No. 6698, the “Law on the Protection of Personal Data.”

Tridisgo does not collect or process “special category personal data” as defined in Article 6 of Law No. 6698. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 9 of the aforementioned law, data is hosted on Amazon Ireland servers, where adequate protection is in place; users are required to provide the “explicit consent” necessary for use and as required by law when downloading the application. Finally, in accordance with Article 7 of the same law, the user may at any time request the service provider to delete their personal data, and the service provider will comply with this request immediately. Since the user will no longer be able to use the application in such a case, you acknowledge that Tridisgo is not liable for such a situation.

For applications developed under the Customer’s responsibility, the Company is obligated to adequately inform its employees regarding the relevant law, other applicable regulations pertaining to the matter, and the measures taken.

The COMPANY hereby acknowledges that, pursuant to this provision, Law No. 6698 will be applied by Tridisgo within the scope of this agreement; that Tridisgo shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the failure of the COMPANY’s employees, as users, to provide the consent required by law; and that the COMPANY has been informed by Tridisgo regarding this matter.

How the Privacy Policy Works

1. What Kind of Information Do You Collect, and How Do You Collect It?

From time to time, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other information. The information collected is often classified as either Anonymous or Personally Identifiable.

Anonymous Information refers to information not associated with a specific individual. Some individuals who access our services choose not to use the personalization features available to them; therefore, these individuals remain anonymous to us, and the only data we can collect about them is anonymous information.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to information that identifies who you are, specifically details such as your name, email address, or phone number. Downloading and using the app allows the Company to recognize you for the purpose of personalizing its service.

Use of Anonymous Information

As is common with most apps and websites, we automatically collect certain information (such as your mobile carrier and operating system) and store it in log files.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, manage the app, track users’ activity within the app, and collect demographic information on a user-aggregated basis.

We may link this automatically collected data with certain Personally Identifiable Information.

Personal Identifying Information: If you are a Tridisgo customer, when you register on our Site to create or manage an Application, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information such as your first name, last name, company name, email address, and billing address. You can review your personal information and update it as needed by logging into your profile on our Site. If you wish to delete all your information, we can cancel your account. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law.

To use certain features of this Service or Application, Tridisgo Customers may ask for some of your personal information (your first name, last name, company name, title, email address, mailing address, and landline or cell phone number). Providing this information is voluntary. Depending on the services you choose to use, your Personally Identifiable Information may be used by Tridisgo or Tridisgo Customers. Personally Identifiable Information may also be provided by intermediaries and third parties who assist us with the App.

We would like to clarify that, except as specified in this Privacy Policy, we will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

If you choose to allow the App to collect your location data, this location data will be made available to Tridisgo Customers. In addition, if you have an account on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Foursquare, or other similar sites (each a “Social Network”), your Social Network profile—including your public photo—may be linked to your location data. Tridisgo also owns the information collected through these social networks.

2. How Is Personal Information Used?

General Use

At Tridisgo, we use our customers’ personal information primarily to provide the Service and to communicate with them regarding account activity, new releases, product offers, or other matters related to the Service. We do not sell or share End Users’ personal information with third parties in any way, except for Tridisgo Customers. If you do not wish to receive information and updates from Tridisgo, you can send an email to info@tridisgo.app to request to be removed from the list. The sharing of your information with third parties in such cases is discussed in Section (4) below.

3. How Do You Protect My Personal Information?

Individual Information Storage

Tridisgo uses secure data networks protected by industry-standard firewalls and encryption systems. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and updated as necessary. Despite these measures, Tridisgo does not guarantee that security measures will prevent unauthorized access, theft, or alteration of personal information.

4. Do You Share Any Personal Information with Others?

Service Providers

We may use third parties to help operate and distribute our applications, verify users, and provide products and services, and we may share your Personal Information with our partners, service providers, vendors, suppliers, social networks, and other third parties that provide products and services for or through this Service (Website or database hosting companies, verification providers, mailing list hosting companies, email service providers, analytics companies, distribution companies, and other similar service providers that use such information on our behalf, etc.)

Aggregation of Statistics

We may provide third parties with aggregated data—such as general reports based on statistics regarding user behavior—as a measure of the usage of our Service and Applications and the interest shown in them, in a form that does not identify any individual user.

Compliance with Legal Process

Tridisgo is obligated to disclose personal information if requested by official authorities.

Tridisgo Transition Period

In the event that Tridisgo is acquired by another company, enters into a partnership, or sells all or part of its assets, your Personal Information may be transferred to the new entity. You will be notified of any such change in ownership or any change in control of your personal information within 30 days via Tridisgo’s website. Additionally, Tridisgo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disclose, transfer, or sell your personal information to its affiliated companies.
