Explicit Consent Declaration Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

(General Provisions and Other Matters)

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"), personal data is secured by Talya Software and Information Technologies Joint Stock Company – Tridisgo, acting as the Data Controller, through physical safeguards implemented within the Company and as described in the Privacy Notice published on www.tridisgo.app.

In light of the Law, it has been determined that, due to the nature of certain personal data and the absence of the legal conditions specified under the Law, it is necessary to obtain an Explicit Consent Declaration for the processing of such data. For the purposes of the Law, "processing" includes any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or preventing its use.

Accordingly, I expressly consent to the following:

  • The processing of my image data contained in photographs taken during the event;

  • The matching of my facial images appearing in such photographs as biometric data through the use of AI-powered facial recognition technology;

  • The processing of my personal data outside Türkiye through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of delivering event photographs to me and providing the relevant service;

  • The retention of my personal data for the periods specified in the Privacy Notice.

 

Within this scope, the personal data processed may be transferred within Türkiye, where necessary for the Company's business activities, to public institutions related to the defense industry, the Company's domestic affiliates, customers, contracted legal and natural persons, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, shareholders, legal advisors, financial advisors, tax advisors, regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts, enforcement offices, and other institutions or organizations authorized by law to request personal data, as well as to persons designated by such authorities.

Your personal data is processed outside Türkiye solely through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of providing the service and is not shared with any other third party located abroad.

The rights of the Data Subject under the Law, as described in the Tridisgo Privacy Notice, remain fully reserved. This Explicit Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

I hereby declare that I have been informed through the Tridisgo Privacy Notice regarding the matters set forth herein and that I freely give my explicit consent under the Law to the processing activities relating to my personal data described above.
