EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT UNDER THE TURKISH PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698

(GENERAL AND OTHER MATTERS)

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), personal data is protected by the Data Controller, Talya Yazılım ve Bilişim Anonim Şirketi – Tridisgo, as stated in the privacy and information notices made available at various physical locations within the Company and/or on the website www.tridisgo.app.

Following the assessment conducted in accordance with the Law, explicit consent is required for the processing of certain personal data due to the nature of such data and the absence of the conditions stipulated under the Law. For the purposes of this text, “processing” refers to any operation performed on personal data, including but not limited to obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, acquiring, making available, classifying, or preventing the use of such data.

I hereby expressly consent to the processing of my visual data contained in photographs taken within the scope of the event for the following purposes:

  • Processing my facial images contained in the photographs as biometric data and matching them using artificial intelligence-supported facial recognition technology;

  • Processing my personal data abroad through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of providing the event photographs to me and delivering the relevant service;

  • Retaining my personal data for the periods specified in the Information Notice.

The personal data processed within this scope may be transferred to recipients located in Türkiye, including official institutions related to the defense industry due to the Company’s business activities, the Company’s direct and indirect domestic subsidiaries for the purpose of conducting its business activities, the Company’s customers, legal and natural persons with whom the Company has contractual or business relationships, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, shareholders, legal advisors, financial advisors and tax advisors, regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as institutions or organizations legally authorized to request personal data, such as courts and enforcement offices, and persons designated by such institutions or organizations.

 

Your personal data is processed abroad solely through the infrastructure of Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL for the purpose of providing the relevant service and is not shared with any other third party abroad.

The rights of the data subject under the Law, as specified in the Tridisgo Information Notice, are reserved. The consent provided may be withdrawn at any time.

I hereby declare that I have been informed about the matters set forth herein and in the Tridisgo Information Notice, and that I expressly consent, within the scope of the Law, to the processing activities requiring my explicit consent as specified above.
